Ottawa Foosball Association - OFA Foosball Organized by the Players, for the Players Ottawa Foosball Association (OFA) is a not-for-profit organization who's mandate is to promote the game of foosball in the Ottawa area. We accomplish this by providing organized leagues and regular tournaments as well as working with local charities in need of foosball tables. OFA has been around since 1994 and recently celebrated it's 15th consecutive winter league. In 2007 we registered as a not-for profit organization and started our community work. In 2008 we worked with several local businesses and raised $4500 to buy 9 new foosball tables for the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa. Also in 2008 we moved to Tail Gators on Merivale road and bought our own tables.
